Adding Bots on Your Discord Server
Let’s start step by step process of add bots on your discord server.
Adding a discord bot on your server is a quite easy and straight forward process. You can do this directly through your discord account. We assume you already selected the bot or if you looking for new discord bots then we recommended visiting on top.gg website. Select the bot that you want to add on your server and follow the below steps:
1. First, you have to make sure that your server has ‘Manage Server’ permission, this is required to add new bot on the server.
TO activate this permission, click on the server setting then go in the Roles section. Here you can enable this permission.
2. Then go on top.gg discord bot website, find the bot which you want to add, click on the ‘Invite’ button. If you are adding from another website then the button will be like ‘Add Bot to Server’.
For example, we are adding ‘Nobo’ discord bot, this app gives you information about member count, role member, etc..
3. After invite action, you will redirect to an authorization screen, here you can choose the server from drop-down list, on which you want to add discord bot.
4. Then after authorizing it, you will see some permissions checkbox, this will belongs to given permission to this specific bot.
5. Once to submit this, the bot will be added on your selected server, and you can see that on the right side, an added bot is showing.
